Rubb Buildings Ltd UK was one of 1,391 companies exhibiting at the largest Defence and Security Equipment International show to date.

This year's DSEi hosted to the world's largest display of land, sea and air applications of defence and security products and technologies.

Organisers confirmed its attendance figure this year as 29,112. The exhibition featured 1,391 exhibiting companies representing 46 countries and included 30 national pavilions. DSEi 2011 attracted official overseas delegations from 55 nations.

Official defence delegations from Spain, Norway, Estonia, Poland and the Czech Republic visited Rubb's stand on the A/D/S UK Pavilion. Representatives from the UK MOD, United Nations and French military were also among the guests welcomed to Rubb's stand.

The UK Secretary of State for Defence, the Right Honourable Dr Liam Fox MP, delivered a keynote address on the opening day. DSEi Exhibition Director Duncan Reid said: "First and foremost I'd like to thank all our exhibitors – they helped to make the show a major success. Now our task is to build on this platform and we are already planning for DSEi 2013, which will take place from 10 to 13 September, 2013 at ExCeL."

Rubb UK's Andrew Knox, Technical Sales Engineer, said: "This was a great show for Rubb and our Expeditionary Forces Aircraft Shelter System. There was a lot of interest in our rapid deployment and relocatable military hangars, sunshades, warehouses and workshops and we are looking forward to building on this in the future."
