Rubb AS supplied two FX Rubb Buildings to a car parts dealership in Norway. The storage facilities for Knoks Bildeler AS, in Sandnes, measure 15m wide x 30m long with 5m sidewalls. Rubb worked with the consulting company Teknaconsult AS which helped Knoks in the purchasing process.
One building was supplied with a overhead 6m wide x 4m high door and the other with a 4 x 4m door; both with integrated personnel access. Rubb supplied the ventilation and lighting systems for both buildings.
The structures are used to store used car components. Knoks Bildeler AS sells used car components to car workshops, garages, and directly to individuals nationwide. It is one of Norway's largest handlers of old and written off cars dealing directly with insurance companies. The storage facility consists of approximately 30.000 used car components.
